Quick tips for a better user experience

Before you start working in the virtual office, we recommend following these simple tips to ensure a smooth experience.

Connect a pair of headphones

Before launching the application, make sure to connect your headphones.
This will ensure that they become the main source for audio and voice, allowing you to seamlessly immerse yourself in the virtual office experience and enjoy the realistic spatial soundscape.
This will drastically enhance the sound expression of the application as well as to avoid echoing inside of the application. To maximise the experec for you and your coworkers, it's highly recommended to use headphones.

Connect a charger

Make sure to keep your laptop connected to a power source, if you are using one to optimise the performance and aviod any abrupt disconnects when you run out of power.
You will, of course, be able to visit the virtual office even without connecting your power source, but keep in mind that, due to the three dimensional natue of the application, it will drain your battery rather quickly.
Just like in a physical office, your energy needs to be replenished throughout the day, but in this virtual environment, it's electricity instead of coffee.

Connect a Mouse

While some people may have mastered using a touchpad, we've noticed that the majority of our users find it much easier to navigate with a mouse.
Using a mouse will enhance your virtual office experience by providing a more seamless and comfortable navigation.
