To start your virtual office experience, you'll first need to create your own personalized avatar. This can be done simply by using your phone's camera to take three photos of yourself. These photos will be used by the software to generate an avatar that closely resembles you.

How to create your avatar
- Launch the application. Once the application has successfully launched, you will be taken to the start page where you will see a black silhouette.
- To personalize your avatar, begin by clicking the "Customization" button.

Once you reach the customization page, you will be presented with a QR code. To scan the code, open your phone's camera application and aim it at the QR code. Your phone will then prompt you to enter the link provided. Simply follow the link to proceed. You will use your phone for the next steps.
- Prior to capturing the photos, you will receive valuable tips on your phone. It is important to follow these tips in order to achieve the best possible outcome for your avatar creation.
- Now, you have the opportunity to choose whether you want your avatar to have a more masculine or feminine body appearance.
You'll have access to a wide variety of haircuts and clothing options that are suitable for both genders. This is solely for the purpose of determining the shape of your avatar's body. - Now, it's time to capture three photos of
yourself - one from the front, one from the right, and one from the left.
When you look through the camera, you'll see your own face, but you'll also see one of the three pictures above as a guide. This will help you position your face correctly for each photo. -
Once you have completed the facial scanning, you will be redirected to a page where you can review your photos. If you are satisfied with the results, you can choose to upload them and begin the creation of your digital twin.
If you are not satisfied with your pictures, you have the option to retake them. By selecting "Retake," you will be brought back to the camera. It's important to remember that you can always create a new avatar later, so there is no pressure to get it perfect on the first try.
