When entering a meeting room, you will be automatically muted as a safety measure to prevent any disruption to ongoing discussions if you arrive after your colleagues.
Additionally, if you open another application on your computer and do not return to the Co. Society app within one minute, you will also be automatically muted. This is to ensure that you remember you are in the virtual office and avoid unintentionally sharing your conversations or calls from other applications with your colleagues in the virtual office.
